MIT-GROUP re-structures for the 4th Industrial Revolution

The first phase of our digital transformation (5 year strategy) will be executed in the following three steps:

  • Step 1: Migration of the Swiss-Cloud-Bunker® into the Cloud

We already successfully completed this step. Optimizations are constantly carried out.

  • Step 2: Adaptation of the company structure to match the focussed service fields.

We are currently realizing this step. Details below.

  • Step 3: Automation

The objectives of comprehensive selfservice-functionalitites for our clients and business application partners with entirely continuous processes are not yet reached and are highly challenging. This step has our highest priority now.
